We are a family run business carrying out servicing and repairs on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. We are located between Hastings and Eastbourne, on the south coast. Mark and Natasha started the business back in 1995, being later joined by Jordan and then Natalie, when they left education.

We aim to treat our customers in an honest manner and often carry out work on the basis of "what would we do if we owned the vehicle". This means we look to keep repair cost as reasonable as possible, but also keeping in mind sometimes that prevention is better than cure. For example: wax oiling the underside of a car before it rusts can help keep long term costs lower.

Another example of how we try to help with costs is the servicing of brake pads and discs, often theses items are replaced long before they are needed.

Our technicians estimates if the brakes will last to the next service, which could be in two years. We look at six months use and offer a FREE 6 month check, at which point, depending on driving style and use, the brakes may have to be replaced. This means you will have had an extra 6 months use of the old brakes and not worn the new brakes for 6 months, therefore gaining an extra 12 months use.

We understand that JLR vehicles can be expensive to maintain and will often advise what repairs are required and what can be done at a later time.
All of our technicians are highly skilled and regularly attend training courses to maintain their knowledge on new vehicles and systems.
Many of us own JLR products as our personal vehicles so we know what it is like to use them on a day to day basis.
We invest in the latest diagnostic equipment and special tool including JLR's systems.
