As a focused independent service and parts provider we do not have the excessive overhead burden of most main dealerships. We offer genuine value for money with exceptional standards of workmanship and advice.


Established over 20 years we believe in investing in people and equipment. All our staff regularly attend training sessions to help keep them up to date with new technology and we use dedicated Land Rover and Jaguar diagnostic equipment.

Jordan Rich (Director)


Having grown up around Land Rovers Jordan came to work at Terrain assisting in the office, Then went on to work in the workshop for several years and is qualified to level 2.

With the expansion of the business into an additional workshop Jordan has now moved back into the office to assist with both workshop and parts customers.

Having been involved in the family business, Jordan has always been around Land Rovers and first learnt to drive off road at the age of 7 in his dad's 90 and is now the proud owner of his own discovery.


Natalie Rich (Director)


Having grown up around the business and been on off-roading and overland trips across Europe in her dad's 90 when she was younger, Natalie has a real interest in Land Rovers and Terrain. She has been working at terrain during the school holidays since she was 12 and has been working full time since 2015.



Simon Lewis (General Manager)


Simon joined the company in 2008. He has always had a keen interest in Land Rovers and has had them himself for 20 years. At Terrain he mostly runs the service and vehicle sales side of the business, but has overall responsibility for all departments


Hannah Foster


Hannah joined Terrain Vehicles by working during her summer holidays in 2012, and continued to work in her breaks from school as required. After completing college in August 2016, Hannah became full time at Terrain Vehicles. She and Charlotte work in the parts department of the company, looking up parts for customers and workshop jobs, along with listing items on Ebay.

Richard White (Technician)


Richard has been working in the motor trade since 1988 and previously worked with Mark around the time Mark was looking to start Terrain. Once Mark had Terrain up and running he was looking for a skilled technician and approached Richard who eagerly accepted.

Since being at Terrain Richard has completed the latest training and along with all our other mechanics has achieved his ATA diagnostic technician qualification.


Robert Fink (Technician)


Rob started working for Terrain in 2011 as a semi skilled mechanic. Since being with the company he has completed various training courses and reached diagnostic technician standard. He had always wanted to be a mechanic having always been around cars while growing up working on them with his father and uncle. He started a mechanics course at college as soon as he left school. Before working at Terrain Rob didn’t know much about Land Rovers, but they have grown on him and he is now converted to the Land Rover experience, especially liking the 4.2 V8's and the space and sense of safety they offer you.

Alfie has loved cars all of his life. After 3 years at college he has achieved level 1, 2 and 3 in light vehicle maintenance and repair. He started at Terrain in June 2016 and has loved Land Rovers ever since.

Mark Rich (Director)


Mark started working on Land Rovers from the age of 12 when he was given a very tired Series to "fix up" by his father. After leaving school Mark went to college full time to do Motor Vehicle trade and management to HNC level as well as several Mechanical City and guilds. After leaving college Mark went to work for his local Land Rover main dealer as a technician, ending up as service manager at the age of 21.Mark started Terrain Vehicles in 1994. The business has grown over the years and has now traded from its present location since 2000.


Natasha Rich (Director)


Tash met Mark and they married in 1990. About four years later they decided to have a family and start their own business at the same time. She therefore, only had a minimal amount of involvement in the business at the beginning. She has gleaned quite a bit of knowledge about Land Rovers over the years, but deals mainly with the business side of things.
